I have always trusted Ken Paulsen Plumbing. I was late on a invoice payment 2 years ago. I used them one month ago to install a Mix valve in a shower. It was 2x as much as a foundation drain move 2 years ago. I supplied all parts and even cut the wood braces for them. I called to state that my kitchen sink had a break/crack/whole in the main drain line to the wall. I was told they would be here at 10am. at 10:22 I called to make sure I had the right day. They told me yes and the technician was still at another appointment. I was happy with this answer, because I knew I didn't get the date wrong. The technician arrived 38 mins late and i showed him the problem. (I KNEW THIS WASNT EASY!!!!) He then ""went to his truck to get parts"" where he actually stood at the side of his van on the phone. He came to me and stated that ""he was told this was just a P-TRAP, and doesnt have time to work on my actual problem. He then told me that I told the dispatcher that it was just a PTRAP replacement. (Sorry ""EXPERTS"" but even my 13 year old wont call a plumber for a P-TRAP)

The bottom line is I explained that this was an emergency situation with the MAIN drain pipe from my sink into the wall. 40 mins late and you do not have time???
more like, dude didn't want to do it.
With the ridiculous prices on home repair and being the most respectable business in the area, they are taking advantage of that.

I have been friends with the owner of this business, but I will never use this service again. I cant wait to see a bill for this bullshit!
at the least you could have provided a solid estimate and offered to schedule the big job, but no, I just got, "" Oh shit, that's bad, Im gonna have to remove the back wall"" I said, ""OK, whats that going to take, lets do it!""
He then ghosted on the phone for 12 mins and said he cannot do it.

If I wanted this level of service I would call the competitor. KPP KNOWS who I am talking about. Their biggest competitor is a scammer with horrible reviews, but at least they come on time and assess what is asked.

P TRAP! cmon man. I said EMERGENCY! MAIN DRAIN PIPE TO SEWER!

DO NOT utilize this company. They will not show, If they eventually do after a mountain of cancellations the repair will take forever and cost 5 times as much as a reputable plumber. No communication from the company, extraordinary bs from the tech. I kicked his dumb ass out of my house and fixed it myself because their professional plumber was an idiot. Argued with management until they eventually realized I am legal advocate for vulnerable adults. Pretty funny watching the backpedal-the uh...ummm...well....... Worst customer service, criminal pricing and suspect quality-I will gladly pay someone with integrity before this ass hat get another dollar. Avoid this Ponzi

called on the weekday morning to fix sink leak and they said they have no people even the next week? Thats not helpful
