We needed a new wax ring for our toilet that was leaking. Ethan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the task in a few minutes. He did not leave until we were sure the leak was fixed, and everything was in proper order. I appreciate that he used protective booties before entering our home. The repair was affordable, and we will definitely use Neyer Plumbing again in the future.

Neyer Plumbing came to my elderly parents house to fix it where their basement would not flood anymore. Will was at my parents house for 4 hrs and charged them $885 and left a mess in the basement for them to cleanup! Neyer Plumbing will definitely NOT be coming back to my parents house for any type of work. So unless you want to pay an outrageous price DO NOT go with NEYER PLUMBING!

Sadly will not use again. I used them once for a quote for a big job and got a fair opinion on the Job, but we ended up not doing the project. I referred them to my family & friends. They've both used them, never really gave me much feedback on it. I finally needed them for a clogged drain. You can imagine my horror at paying $220 for a simple clog that only needed the small tool they used for less than two minutes. Charged me for a part they never brought me too, been waiting on this part for a week. Sorry will not use again.

Very happy with the service provided by Ken Neyer plumbing. I called regarding an issue with a broke RO system we inherited from the previous owner of a home we bought. Spoke with Doug from their corporate office who took the time to understand my issue and offer alternatives (from DIY to their services). Dustin and Mike came to our home a couple days later and were extremely helpful and professional. I greatly appreciate their honesty and help with the process.They fixed our issue quickly and for a price well below what other plumbing companies quoted me.
It is very rare to have a service company that you can say you fully trust, I have had bad experiences with service companies that have overcharged me for work done and tried to upsell me on items I did not need..... After my experience with Ken Neyer, I can say they have earned my trust. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs.
