I was told by a family member who worked there 12 years ago to never go there. I figured 12 years later, why not. So I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I missed a day of work for this, no problem. I missed a second day of work for the job to be done only to have them not show up. Someone finally text me at 2:30 and gave me the reason and offered to come back the next day at a whopping 10% off. At this point I've lost close to what I was going to spend on the job so bailed on the whole thing. The main thing here is that I should have been called the day before and all would be fine. The fact that I sat at home all day waiting is a total disrespect of my time. And then to act like it was no big deal for me to just take another day off. I understand things happen but it's still a business and this is a complete fail. Never again

I used this company in 2021. They got the job done. BUT, I now remember seeing their van up around the corner parked. When it was the end of my quoted time window for their arrival, I called and inquired about their van around the corner, and asked if that was our technician. Bam, within 5 min. The guy shows up. Got the job done quickly. And left.

Fast forward to today. Same issue, minor backup in the sewer drain. I called last Friday and she said Monday between 10 and noon. Perfect. Ok. Well,
12:00 comes around and no plumber and no call. I call and I'm told they couldn't get ahold of the guy. While I'm on the phone with the office, she says they just got back to them, and they're 30 min out. After 2 unanswered calls back to the office, and 50 min. I called another company who said they'd be here within the hour. That is my experience. I'll give 1 stars for the actual efficiency once they arrived the 1st time. And, They were friendly at least.

I called Meyer plumbing for a clogged sink. Rusty Goins and a young man in training were there the next day. I was given a time between 8-9. Both were there within a half hour of the time. Both were very polite. Rusty was very thorough and detailed explaining the whole process to the trainee. I was very impressed. The drain is unclogged! Thank you Rusty! Never Plumbing have very good people working for them.

Rusty Goins and Austin Deffinger. These are the names of my personal heroes. I had 2 other companies come out and spend 3-4 hours EACH on an active blockage that charged FAR more than Ken Neyer Plumbing did, and FAILED to clear the blockage. I had asked them to come out to get an estimate on what I thought would be a far bigger job a week or so out before I could use my own facilities. They cleared my pipes within a half hour, AND got the information needed for the quote for the bigger service. Absolutely amazing guys, I was almost crying tears of joy. These guys are the pinnacle of profession, the capstone of courteous, the premium plumbers, and the best of the best. If you need plumbing done, call Ken Neyer. If you want the best, ask for Rusty and Austin.

59 DOLLARS FOR A QUOTE.

The drain lines in the yard were backing up at the down spout, I explain to Russ. I called the company a couples of days earlier to get a quote. Russ drives up in a service truck. He tells me $200 an hour to scope the lines with a 2 hour minimum. Wow!! Then tells me later that includes trying to snake it clean, but that not sure that will take care of the problem. He suggested I have a dig party. Four shovel and a wheel barrel that could be a weekend project. Not thrilled at any of his suggestions, He tells me that is $59 for a service call! I guess I should have question it more but at that point I paid him and sent him on his way. The only tool he took from his truck was a pad to get to money.

Jason showed up on time (actually before early which was so great for me because I wanted my clog fixed ASAP). He was very professional, wore his mask at all times per the Covid protocol at his company and his boot covers. He was very knowledgeable and cleared the drain very quickly. I will be recommending this company to any family and friends that have the unfortunate experience of having a drain backup or any other plumbing issues. I was very happy with the service.
