Very disappointed with the customer service California and businesses like this one have to offer. The customer service rep when I called didn't even assess my issue and argued with me about what I had going wrong with the pipe leak under my house. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company.

Ken Mays is the plumber that the company I work for uses. So when I had an issue at home I knew I could trust them to do good work. And they did a phenomenal job. George came out to our house promptly. He explained everything he was going to do. And when I asked questions he answered them respectfully and honestly. He also was honest in that our issue might be a larger one but we would try this solution first and hope for the best. Which I appreciated. Before he left he cleaned everything. I mean everything. The entire toilet, the floor, the wall. I was so impressed. I will recommend Ken Mays to anyone asking for a great plumber.

Disappointed. I called last week for help with troubleshooting a faucet- which they had installed. She finally and reluctantly agreed to have someone call me. 1week and I am still waiting. I have used Ken Mays for all my plumbing up to this point including installation of tankless water heater and water filtration and faucets.

We have used Ken Mays several times over the years and never been disappointed. They are extremely prompt and organized. Most recently today just had Alex come by to help us with a shower head issue and was excellent and quick. Would highly recommend for any issues in the St.Helena/Yountville/Napa area. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are referring to, my wife and I have never had that kind of experience.

In addition to repairs, we also had Ken Mays install a completely new gray water pipe system to replace our aging pipes when we purchased our home. Their price was competitive, they completed the job quickly? and efficiently, and the yard areas? where they needed to remove sections of lawn to install new pipes were? carefully cut and then put back in place. You wouldn't know they were ever disturbed and that, for me, was a huge bonus.
