I'm a plumber with my own plumbing business , no reason for me to refer another plumber. What I do know to be a true statement is Ken -Man Plumbing hires Sub - Contractors to do all their work and these Hispanic Workers who don't speak English are more than likely not legal citizens in the United States which also means they do not have a Plumbing License issued to them by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners . These guys are plumbing in house after house ( New Construction ) . Now Imagine you are the one buying that house !!

I had a few scheduling mishaps with a few constructors to have some warranty work done. John of Ken Man plumbing got caught up in the drama.
However, he came out to my house the following week and took care of the plumbing issues. He was kind and gracious in his apology for the recent mishaps.
I appreciate businesses that seek to do what they can to assure customer satisfaction within limits.

Thanks John and Ken-Man Plumbing. You have a customer for life!!!!

I had an issue repeatedly and they kept saying that the toilet was clogged and each time they came out here I had to pay $125 service fee and to find out when they had someone else to come out after I complain to my landlord who complained to the builder to find out that the pipe was aligned. I was not offered a refund of any nature I would not suggest because it cost me $250 just to find out it was the misaligned pipe from the builder.

Very nice management. I'm also in this industry and we compete directly. However, I needed their help with a personnel related issue recently and found them to be extremely.

They should never be used! They have their employees keep stock at their houses. In my neighborhood we are not allowed to have businesses run out of their homes. They throw the pipes they use up on the truck and don't consider the noise they are making at early hours of morning. They want a rate them. I wouldn't give them one but have because you can't send review.

Just moved into a new build home and this is the second time our sewage has backed up into the showers and tubs (got our keys Nov 30). We called the emergency line, as we are still under warranty, and were told that they would not come out at 10:30pm to "unclog a toilet." We can't use the toilets nor can we shower for work in the morning. This is unacceptable. If human waste and brown water coming up into the shower is a clogged toilet, I would hate to see what a full house drainage issue would really look like.

Called them today asking for service even though my home is out of warranty and was just told that they do not provide services after warranty . .. then I was told I could contact the manufacturer directly to order my parts . . . when I asked for contact information she told me the name of the brand and that I could find them on the internet and they can help me find the part I need . . . are you kidding me!
