Joe took fantastic care of me! I own a rental house in Port Richie and the the tenant had called a plumber to fix a leak outside the house. The plumber (from Roman Plumbing) called me and claimed that the main valve was broken and a tree needed to be excavated and 2 feet of sidewalk dug up to fix the repair. I live in Virginia and was pretty much helpless. The original plumber was not returning follow-up calls, so I luckily found Ken Leonard Plumbing. Joe committed to reviewing the problem and within a few hours I received a call that the problem was fixed and was due to an old irrigation line that was not being used. Thank you Ken Leonard Plumbing.

Daniel and Allen were on time efficient and cleaned up any mess. Daniel answered all of my questions not only politely but willingly. The cost of repair of W/D bibs, outside water bib, and reset toilet was fair especially with Today's prices. Thank you!

Ken Leonard Plumbing did an excellent job. We wanted to remove an old bathtub and replace with walk in shower. Master shower also needed to be replaced. JOE and his highly qualified staff did both showers in approximately 2 weeks time. It wasn't a """"rush job"""" either. Joe gave us suggestions throughout the process and we ended up with two exceptional jobs. Fans and efficient LED lamps were added, bringing both projects into the """"present"""" and out of the """"past"""". Joe stuck to the budget as well. His work habits are """"old school"""", arriving prompt and staying until the job was done to his and our satisfaction. He used high end products, with realistic pricing. Ken Leonard plumbing came highly recommended to us and we can see why. His work isn't for everyone. If your looking for a quick fix and shoddy workmanship, look elsewhere. For a premium project at a realistic price, then call Joe at Ken Leonard Plumbing.

His excuse why he couldn't come out because I had a leaking pipe was because he bought a new pick up truck and he was transferring items from one truck to another truck. That was Monday. That was the day I took off work so I could be here for him. Tuesday he had the same excuse. I'm beginning to think he didn't want to do this. Unfortunately I do work long hours. Then finally Wednesday he said I had to be here for them to work on it and I said I'll be there Friday morning after 10 o'clock. He calls me at 9:30 and tells me I need to call the city of NPR to have them show me where the shut off valve was for the water. I came home. I found it I called him. He said he'd be here in an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes complaining complaining complaining complaining this man is not a very good representative of this company at all. They were here less than an hour. They did fix my two leaks with him complaining the whole time. Charged me $450. I feel this place is the biggest rip off ever. I would recommend any other customer to run before I would have them do any work at my house? He told me I needed to replace all of my plumbing in my house probably would be a good idea and he gave me a price of $4500. And I got a price for almost half that amount through another reputable company.

I called for a price quote for a simple easy money leak repair, they said they would be there by end of day. End of day, no plumber and no phone call. Next morning I get a call at about 8:30 AM, apologized for yesterday said they would be there in about 15 minutes. 30 minutes, no plumber, 4 hours no plumber no phone call, end of day, no plumber, no phone call. 3 days and still not even a phone call. Sure wish I could have experienced the great service all those other 3 reviews talk about. Maybe they only do big money jobs, no time for us small jobs.

I had them come out and do a small re-pipe job on new cabinets and they were fast and very professional. If you need a plumber you can not get a better company.

Wow! I'm impressed. After fretting for days since reading so many negative reviews on a lot of the local plumbing companies, I took a chance and called Ken Leonard Plumbing. I was hoping for a small competent company and that is just what I got. I feel like I hit the lottery! I called and they were able to get here the next morning. They replaced the mechanism inside the leaky toilet tank, replaced the cartridge in the leaky tub faucet, and replaced the stopper in the tub, all in less than one hour. John is a five star plumber! We will certainly be using them for all our plumbing needs.

I neededa plumber pretty quickly. They responded right away and came the next morning. I am extremely happy. I will definitely call them again.

I have been using Ken Leonard Plumbing since 2009 . They are the best, always on time, and great work and prices. You cannot go wrong using them. Joe Roman

My wife and I met Joe and his son from a general contractor recommendation. Joe has been over the house several times, he is very responsive, after a year or so of different plumbing work we developed a friendship and trust (I thought). Joe knew I wanted to update my Master Bath, he showed us photos of some baths he has done in the past and convinced us he can do ours in a very professional manner, after a hand shake, job commenced with weeks of stop and go work so he could also do other plumbing work with other customers, (he told us we can expect that) as he progressed on we saw his pathetic workmanship and a personality change like: it's not my fault the wall is crooked -THE WALL THAT HE PUT IN- I DO NOT HAVE A SAW TO CUT CURVES ETC ETC. Most of the tiles have Mill Lines on them and he still put them up. He left grout film over our porous inserts, after it dried it will NOT come out. The shower pipe that comes out of the wall moves inch or so either direction, tile would have to be removed to fix and the handle for hot and cold water moves in and out from tile. The toilet felt like it shifted, so I looked at the cover for the bolts that hold it down, one had a nut (left side) on it the other side had putty to cover up with NO nut and it tilts to the left. Unbelievable sub -standard plumbing work!!!. I fired him after paying for over half the job and his attitude this is the way it is. I will be happy to share many photos, I had 4 yes 4 contractors come over to give us an estimate to repair his atrocious work, they probably had over 75 years cumulative experience and they all laughed about the horrible workmanship, again be happy to share photos. RATHER EMBARRASSING THAT I FELL FOR HIS PROMISE. As it stands now, the bath has to be torn down and redone, it is beyond repair. So lesson learned on my part. HE IS NOT a Tile guy as he says he is and a plumber with issues. Yes, I should have known better, my mistake. Unfortunately for me I am old school, where a hand shake goes a long way. I screwed up, I GET IT!. Presently trying to find a way to get my money back, very doubtful, finding out he is a man without pride, FAIR WARNING We really do not understand how he could do this to us. I can only assume he took us as for fools. Go to Google, type in the company name and go to the photos (see for yourself) you will also see a home inspector assessment.
