4 months ago I was impressed by the quick response to my request for an estimate on putting a shut off valve above the floor on the water line to my ice maker so I wouldn't have to go under the house. Ken himself did not come to give me the estimate. I didn't have the extra money at the time but I recently called Ken and after 3 phone calls, not being returned and not showing up when planned he finally showed up said he or one of his employees would do it the next morning after 9am. Well no one showed up so at around 10:45 I called (4th time) He said that didn't have the valve that he needed and was looking for one and that he would come by at the end of the day. Well guess what? I don't know what happened but he didn't show and I wasn't about to call again. So unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about his work as No work was done. 4 months ago I was impressed but now I'm disappointed. I even apologized for bothering him when I called the third time and when he did show up told him that if he was too busy right now for such a small job to let me know. That's when he said he'd be here the next morning. So he may be a great plumber??? I can't say but his customer service is very lacking! K. Hutchinson

Ken makes the time to respond quickly. I developed a substantial water leak at my meter box late in the day. He was on the job within a little over an hour. He has also installed a bathtub, garbage disposal and reset sinks during a remodel. He takes pride in his work and gets the job done at a reasonable price.

Sean came by super last minute to check out our bathroom that had a funky odor in it. Was able to crawl around in the attic and quickly figure out what the culprit was. Super cool dude, you should definitely give them a call for your plumbing needs!

We had a leak in our kitchen sink faucet and Ken Fleck Plumbing came out the same day to fix the problem. No more leak and he was super thorough and affordable. Definitely will call for any future needs and strongly recommend.
