My family has used Ken Dixon for 35 years and have met several of their plumbers. Service has always been excellent. Recently had a DIY water conditioner installed with the help of Dixon plumbing, saving me $1k over a major brand vendor. Everything is working well. Will continue using Dixon in the future for their great service and fair pricing.

I needed some my modifications done to my home propane gas lines. My propane company suggested Ken Dixon. I called for an appointment and was given a time. The plumber arrived on time. He was masked and was careful to maintain social distance. He was professional and courteous. I was unsure about the modification I wanted so I asked his opinion and he offered me a simple but effective solution. He and his helper completed the job in less than 30 minutes and it looked great and worked exactly as I wanted. The price was about half what I expected to pay. To be honest, I don't know how a company could have performed any better.

No-call, no-show the night before Thanksgiving.
My appointment window was 3-5pm. I had some turkey prepping to do, and I needed my faucet to work.
I called the office at 4:45 because I sought an update on my plumber's ETA. The recorded message said that their offices closed at 4:30 and won't re-open until Monday (or was it Tuesday?) Now, I don't hold a nice long holiday weekend against anyone. But who am I supposed to call when my appointment window goes beyond your office hours? Your assigned plumber who had my work order could have at least called me. I do hope he is safe out there.

I gave two stars because your team may be truly wonderful, but I will never know.

The first time we used Dixon Plumbing, it was a great experience. Replaced our water heater with care, expertise, and courtesy. Three months later, we has an issues with both Moen Vertical Spa showers. Dixon sent out Tommy, and his helper William who looked it over. Tommy advised getting 3 new replacement cartridges from Moen, and would probably have them sent here, since the parts being Moen are guaranteed for life. He asked for the model number, and told him it's 275bn. He never wrote anything down, and asked William if he could remember that?! Exactly one week later, I called to find out the status, and Erica said again she did not know, but would have the person who orders call me right back. Nothing. Called again on Monday, 11/12/2018, spoke to Erica, with the same response. As of the writing of this review, no call back from anyone! Disappointing, a complete service failure!

This company was great. Fast, honest, and resonable. I had to have my water turned off as water was coming out the over flow valve,, yesterday. Another company told me it was the high pressure valve.. 650. This company did it all for 168. I will feel confident calling them out again. Thank you for not hearing a female voice on the other end of the phone and trying to rip me off. I appreciate your professional company.
