From the smallest job to the biggest, this guy handles everyone with grace and the highest standard of professionalism. Notto mention that his quotes were absolutely the lowest out the three plumbers we had come to our house. I was sold on Ken when he and his assistant, David first came to the house. When I purchased my home in March 2006 I hired Ken to upgrade all the plumbing to copper. He showed up on time, was polite, clean and very responsible. I now live in San Francisco and call him whenever anything goes wrong with my home and he always helps me or refers me to someone. I often wish he would move to San Francisco to help! Seriously, he is a good guy and his assistant David is just as nice and trustworthy!

I am in the process of selling my home in Studio City with the property under contract and moving through the process. After the home inspection earlier this week, I needed to accomodate the buyers request for a electrical checks and repairs as well as a few things that needed a licenced plumber, HVCA company, etc.

My realtor recommended I call Ken Colgan Plumbing and I couldn't have been more pleased. Professional, Friendly, Competent, Trust Worthy and his prices were more than reasonable too! This guy really knows how to run a business and take care of a customer!

To top it all off, he helped me to contact other talented tradesman for the other work and I was done and more than satisfied by the end of the next day...Talk about exceeding expectations...and all of it was done over the phone during a business trip to Boston!

I guess there still are people who you can still trust to get a job done rightl...and this guy is one of them. Maybe some day, I'll even get a chance to meet him face to face to thank him personally... I only wish there were 6 Stars..he deserves every one of them!

Ken Colgan is a terrific plumber. He's honest and completely upfront about what he's able to do and what procedure is the best option at the right price.
Upon moving into our new old house, Ken and his excellent partner David completed all the work we laid out in under 3 hours. They are efficient and the work is excellent.
I highly recommend Ken Colgan Plumbing. Oh and he just studied the latest technology available for water heaters.

Ken is a great plumber. First, he calls you back, then shows up on time and then talks you through the process. He's good at figuring out a problem and explaining how to fix it. He is great at what he does without a fuzz-in a word, dependable. He's done new water hook-ups for a W/D, once for a studio, and once for the house, (which wasn't an easy task considering the smallest of crawlspaces under my house).
