Michael H.Bad experience working with Dennis of Ken Caryl. Charged me $120/hr. and said he spent 2 hours working, this isn't true, closer to an an hour. He came out to fix a leak in my boiler, left and it still leaked. After numerous phone calls, and over 3 weeks, he returned to fix a different leak. This should have been spotted on his first trip. He didn't have the correct tools so he used my tools, didn't have rags to clean up so he used mine. Definitely not worth $120/hr. and not reliable.
