They stopped by and accessed the problem and came the next day and installed parts in our toilet tank and a new kitchen faucet. It took about an hour for the work. Great service!

Called a company I had used in the past and they said they were a week out. I saw Ken and Carrie's plumbing get decent comments on next-door and thought I would give them a try. They said they could make it the next day between 12 and 2. They arrived around 1:40. The master bathroom toilet was backed up and then the kitchen sink started the back up. They explained to me what happened and that there was a clog and they cleared it with no problem. The employees were very nice and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely call them again. Although, I hope I don't have to.

Great service and punctual. Called for a sink backed up which wound up being outside the house. Said they would be here between 4 pm and 5pm. He showed up at 4pm and had everything worming again by 5 pm. I will definitely recommend and use their srrvice again.

After having three other companies come to my home and either never calling back because they thought it was too difficult of a job or giving me the runaround on when they could come back to fix my plumbing, I saw Ken and Carrie's truck driving by one day on A1A and thought I'd give them a try. The repair person came in and immediately started working and was done within an hour. He was very courteous and even offered to have someone repair the drywall for me. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

Matt provided a verbal quote that conveniently forgot it and charged 3x's the original amount! Then when asked about the duplicate charges for the bathtub faucet he became upset and belligerent. Also the plumber they sent out didn't know what he was doing. We had to show him what to do. Make sure you get a price in writing and beware who they send out. Don't use!!!

Terrible experience, they came and fixed our kitchen sink and it was broken even worse a week later. They came back said they would be back later and the office would call me to set up a time to redo it. Never heard anything back so I called again, they promised they would be back on Friday, called several times and no one would pick up. Went without a working sink for weeks despite making it clear I had a newborn and needed a place to wash bottles. They have never followed up or came to fix it so we ended up going with another company. Terrible management of staff and scheduling, shame on y'all for stringing us along.

These guys are great! They have taken care of several issues in rental properties at the drop of a hat over the years. Quick, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure the negative reviews are for the wrong company. They have saved me money on more than one occasion by fixing a small part instead of a whole system. I highly recommend them, especially for situations that may have stymied other plumbers.

Absolutely horrible. Called them to install a dishwasher, fridge line and faucets. Well...everything leaked. I don't know why they call themselves plumbers but they are not. You would think that a faucet and dishwasher are simple tasks but they screwed it up. They don't bother to check for leaks before they leave...that's for sure. Probably have to take them to small claims court to get a refund as they robbed me and I don't want to call them back to fix it. It'll be too risky and I think they are incompetent. Do not call this company...you will regret it.
