Very knowledgeable and quick response
First company we called out said our water well pump was bad and needed to be replaced but couldn't get it done until the following week. So we called Kelvins and he came right out and discovered it was a bad wire and not the pump. Fixed the wire and got is up and running. Even on a holiday weekend.

We would give 0 stars if possible. We have been jacked around by this company since November. There is only one master driller for this company and she seems uninterested in her business. This week she is skiing ...10 days ago she had the flu ... and on and on it goes. Also unresponsive to calls and messages. I wish we would have seen an honest review before we gave Kelvin's our business. By the way, we have had to switch to another well drilling service ... just can't wait any longer :/

I've lived in rural Parker County for 20 years. Over time, I have had to have my well serviced or repaired. These guys are so GREAT. No matter when I call with water problems, they always treat it as a priority. I suddenly had no water on Wednesday afternoon. Mike came out right away, diagnosing it as my pump's sudden death. Early next morning they were out with their truck, pulling the casing from a difficult place because of my trees. Within about an hour I had water! Once, years ago I had a problem. He came out and told me it was a plumbing problem. He REFUSED to accept money for a service call. They are the best for customer service and satisfaction. The ABSOLUTE BEST!
