I reached out to Keltic to get an estimate for a set of steps for my mother. Not only did they give her an outlandish estimate of 20 grand, but it was a constant probe to get them to respond and move to the next step through the process. She signed a contract with them for another project, put money down and they still no call no showed her twice. Unprofessional and a waste of your time.
