This is the worst business I have EVER dealt with in my 61 years. They don't care about you, they don't show up when they say they will, they don't answer texts, nor phone messages. They could care less what your situation is. The technician PROMISED that if there was any problems with his work that we should just call him.......What a JOKE!!!! Never heard from that clown again. $120 to turn a wrench and said that fixed the problem......EXCEPT IT DIDN'T!!!!!!!!! If I could give you Negative 10, I would. I hope you sleep well at night you losers!

Charlie was fantastic. Showed up first thing in the morning and had no issue replacing the valve in my shower pipe. He also took the time to explain the pieces to me so I could understand the process. He is also a veteran of the Navy so show some support. He will be my only call for any plumbing issues.

Saturday late morning one toilet backed up. Plunged it over and over and nothing. Called and spoke to Charlie and he came right over. Like my luck always is, he came in, went to flush the dang toilet, and it flushed. I asked if he could look at our second toilet that I suspected had a tiny leak. He said it was good but the tank part was moving and should not. He tried the few keys he had in his personal truck and none fit right. He said he had the right one on his company truck and would bring it. I told him just pass by when he is in town close by. Super nice and I'd definitely call again.
