I used Kelso plumbing on the recommendation of the fellow I use as a handyman. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber. They were not able to get to me on Friday, but I spoke to them and described what the issue was they told me what to look for and calmed my fears. Thanks to that I wasn't freaking out all weekend! I had two things that I wanted them to look at when they came on Monday. The toilet issue they fixed pretty quickly and I thought the price was very reasonable. The other question I had was about my water heater and they told me that I really didn't need to do anything with that but there was one area they suggested I just take a glance at every couple weeks. They even gave me a slip of paper that I can send to SAWS Due to my water bill having been higher because of the issue I had. There's a good chance that I might get a little bit taken off my next bill because of the paper they gave me. It's no guarantee of course but hey if it happens, great! I was very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

I did get $17.69 taken off my next bill because of the form I sent them that Kelso's gave me! Yay!

Some of the best service I have ever received from any business - hands down! Kelso is a family owned business and went to great lengths to help my wife and I resolve a plumbing issue we had with the city. After it was discovered that the plumbing issue was in the street and not on our property, Kelso took the initiative to contact the city and follow-up until it was totally resolved. I would highly recommend Kelso Plumbing! They are prompt, fairly priced, and stand behind their work.

Kelso Plumbing installed a gas line for our fireplace October 2012 and were meticulous about their work. They went to great lengths to find the leaks in the gas line in a 45+ year old house, and found 5 or 6 in the attics. They are prompt, courteous and go to great lengths, over and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
