Amy W.Called them to give me an estimate on putting new well pump and salt tub/reader. Price was great and was done in a couple of days. Jon was great and knowledgeable.
Martin G.Kelly's Well Pump Service is by far the best!
I contacted them for a crack in my sewer pipe.
Not only was the repair made in a timely manner, Jon (owner) followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.
This type of customer service goes a long way with me.
I've recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never heard anything negative.
Give them a call and you'll see what I mean.
John and Bill from Kelly's Pump were the best. We had iron in our water and they installed a great water treatment system, giving us crystal clear water. Great company! Highly recommended!
Dan H.Our dishwasher decided the basement carpet needed a good rinse through the kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Called John and within an hour we're we're back in business! He is fast, professional and very reasonably priced. Putting Kelly's plumbing service in my phone contact for sure!
We too had a great experience with Bill and John. It actually started with our need for a plumber. There were so many positives: They were quick to respond, great creative thinking to a number of problems, reasonable price, and also both great guys. Just so happened that our well pump got fried during an electrical storm, and they were right there to help as well.
While they are eager to build their well pumping business, but it's great to have their plumbing expertise as well. I would highly recommend them
If there were a plumber's hall of game, Bill and John would be unanimous choice inductees. These guys figure it out, know their stuff, are great to work with, tell it straight, get it done, price it right. Over the years, Bill and John have probably done 10 jobs for us, and they never disappoint. If you're looking for two great plumbers, look no
more!
Excellent service. On time resolved the issues at hand. Fair prices. Would definitely use them again.
Jean Marie W.Use Kelly Pokorny well service at your own peril. They were paid, misinformed me regarding the amount of chlorine used once the new pump was installed and as a result, it failed to clear in the amount of time they stated it would. I was told to unhook the hose and run the faucet on the hour for 10 minutes at a time. I used a dish to deflect the water but it still, obviously flowed beneath the foundation into the utility room. Pokorny watched me unhook the hose so he knew the exact location and where the water would end up. Some flowed away. It took several days before I realized what was occurring and a friend, who's a builder and lives up the street had stopped by to check on the downstairs bathroom. He said I needed to hook up two hoses and direct them to a drain in my driveway which would carry the water away into a ravine. Don't worry, it's still on my property. That's what I have been doing and the chlorine is just about clear. In the meantime, the duo wanted to blame me. What for I don't know. In addition, when they buried the pump, it sunk about 10"" and the hole needs to be filled in. They've been promising all week to take care of it - I have the string of texts. Today, they said they were going to fill it with gravel. A few minutes ago, they told me to get a landscaper. In short, they told me to go to hell, that I'm on my own and they have no intention of fixing it. In other words, I'm responsible for what they are incapable of doing even though they were paid. Guess I'll be out with the shovel and wheelbarrow in the morning finishing up their job. It usually does take a woman. Even at my age.
Since I wrote this, I've been contacted by several people and told that they too have been mistreated as well as overcharged. Good to know it's not just me who was left with shoddy workmanship.
John and Bill of Kelly's Well Pump (203-671-1506) deserve all of the praise and recommendations. They both came to my house shortly after I called them and fixed several minor issues free of charge. For the large issue, they're going to try and find rarer parts before we have to replace valves etc. Great guys, total professionals and very generous with their time and knowledge. Highly recommended.
