Had a backup on New Year's Eve (of all days) and was at my wit's end due to some invasive tree roots and a line that was nearly impossible to access.
After already having one service let me know there ""was nothing more they could do"" - Kelly came out and made the impossible possible! He used his unique approach to get in there and the tenacity to get the job done without recommending additional unnecessary work or overcharging. (grateful!)
We talked through rational next steps for future issues/repairs, and he took the time to walk and talk through some areas of the property I could keep an eye on. He came equipped with all the tools needed to get through the job, and I'm happy to say I've found a plumber that I feel I can trust to handle any and all issues that may come our way in the future...
Never anticipated being so energetic to give a plumbing review, but really appreciated the experience (surprisingly) and how he handled it, because let's be honest- no one ever calls a plumber out when they're having a ""good day""...

Kelly has done multiple jobs on
my mom's house. Plumbing for new shower install, drain unclog, strapping in water heater etc. Fair and quick. Will hire again when needed.

Kelly's Plumbing has been my go to plumbing company for years! Kelly is quick to respond, knowledgeable, takes time to educate me as a consumer on the best course of action, and is honest in his pricing. All this together...is why I will always keep calling Kelly's Plumbing!! I even have my son using Kelly now! We both have home warranties on our homes, but for our plumbing needs...you do not have 48 hours to wait for warranty plumbers to call you. So I just call Kelly, and do not even bother with warranty plumbers! Because I know my chances are better with a reliable company like Kelly's Plumbing! Thank you Kelly!
