Horrible, he does not know anything about plumbing or heating. He is a sanitation worker. Do not use him, he makes it like he is a nice guy which he may be but does not know anything about plumbing or heating.

Hi.
This is Boris from Staten Island.
I used Kellys Heating and Air conditioning two times, and both times the work was done quickly and with high quality.
First time: the weather was zero fahrenheit. my water heater broke. I called Chuck using Home Advisor. he came right away, and replaced water heater the same day. It was not easy, but the job was done quickly.
Second time was even more complicated. I was on vacation, as my son called me in the middle of the night and complained on heating system that stopped working. I found the phone number of Kellys Heating and AC. Chuck came the same day. It took him a day to purchase two units (for me and my tenant), and reinstall brand new two units within 2 days.

I had water dripping from the sleeve around the furnace exhaust duct. It was clear that water was coming from the roof vent. When Chuck (Charles Henrich) came first time he did not inspect the flue, but stated that the furnace is damaged by the water leak. I did not see any damage to the furnace, but agreed to replace it because it was noisy. He took $2000 deposit and said he will replace the furnace and the flue.
2 days later Chuck came, but not to do the work (as he promised). He asked me to pay in full for entire work in order to get a discount from the furnace supplier. I gave him another check, and we agreed that he will come in 2 days.
He came back in 4 days (did not bother to let me know about delay). He replaced the furnace, and spent 3 hours on the phone with somebody trying to understand how to properly connect the thermostat to the new furnace. After he finally managed to get the thermostat working, Chuck said that he will need to come back in 3 days since he did not bring a ladder to get on the roof. He also left the furnace not connected to the flue and not aligned with existing cooling coil. He said that he will do it when he comes back.
Chuck did not show up on the day he promised and kept his phone off till late afternoon that day.
Two more days passed and Chuck came back with another guy whom he sent to do the work on the roof. While I was busy with his guy, Chuck left without letting me know and has not come back.
5 more days left and I am still waiting for him. The furnace is still not aligned. I keep calling Chuck several times a day, he does not pick up. His phone is not taking messages.
