Tammy, who makes the appointments, has outstanding customer service and provides TLC if you have questions, which is relevant if you have a gas water heater. Felix and his colleague who do the service calls are professional and knowledgeable. They will also judiciously check if your heater parts are under warranty. A friend recommended Kelly Williams Plumbing, and I am glad they do all the water heater issues. Felix is always on time, which means a lot to constantly working customers, knowing they can count on Kelly Williams Plumbing.

Took apart my waterline that I had replaced recently without telling me and is unwilling to come back and put it the way it was went from having a leak wanting a bid to having a leak and no hot water and no bid. I did not authorize this work and now have no hot water buyer beware
