We discovered we had standing water in one of the 2 water heaters just as we were preparing to leave town. Kelly Williams was able to send someone the next day to take care of our issue. Mark and his assistant were very helpful as the two water heaters had some common connections and a bit complicated for my understanding. The guys were polite, quick and efficient.

Took apart my waterline that I had replaced recently without telling me and is unwilling to come back and put it the way it was went from having a leak wanting a bid to having a leak and no hot water and no bid. I did not authorize this work and now have no hot water buyer beware

Kelly Williams Plumbing came by my house to see about our washing machine drain not draining. Young man who came by in the afternoon, looked and the problem, said he was going to go get some equipment that would he needed for the job. Took off and never came back. I waited to see if I would get a call back from their office the following day, no one called so I called them. Young lady who answered said she'd call me back and let me know what happened. Never called back.

I do not recommend them at all.
They don't have the common curtesy to call back.
