Horrible service. Do not recommend. They came to fix my backup sump pump and all they did is replace the battery with one my current system is not compatible with, then sent me a bill for almost $300. I'm will be taking them to court. Also, they did not wear a mask or take any safety precautions in the middle level of a pandemic.

I had made an appointment for a single project. When the technician arrived, I asked about 2 other things I needed to have done and when I could make another appointment. He was able to rearrange his schedule and get all 3 done in 1 day. I was very impressed with the work he did, how he made extra time for us and his great attitude! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
