Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian founded Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their house in Louisiana. Due to Ernest's talents, competitive rates, and excellent craftsmanship, his plumbing business withstood the Great Depression. Following World War II, Ernest's offspring, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the family trade as skilled tradesmen. The sons carried on with building projects, including upgrades and additions in alongside plumbing services. With a dedication to homeowners only in Monroe, the business flourished. By the year 1974, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. joined working for his father and relative after educational hours and during the summer. In 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-generation expert plumber and proprietor, Bobby expanded the company's services by adding excavators, advanced tools, and hydro-jetters to their toolset. Bobby welcomed fourth-gen licensed plumber and offspring Robby to his crew in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the present proprietor and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby took over the service in the year 1994 but has been active in plumbing all of his life, working under his father and ancestor who founded the company in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
