Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian started Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their house in Louisiana. Because of Ernest's plumbing skills, competitive rates, and quality work, his plumbing service endured the Great Depression. Post World War II, Ernest's sons, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the family trade as journeymen plumbers. The sons expanded with construction work, including upgrades and home expansions in alongside plumbing repair. With a dedication to homeowners only in West Monroe, the business thrived. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s child Bobby Jr. started working for his parent and mentor after classes and during vacation. In 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-gen expert plumber and proprietor, Bobby enhanced the company's capacity by introducing backhoes, advanced tools, and high-pressure jetters to their equipment line. Bobby added fourth-generation journeyman plumber and offspring Robby to his crew in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current proprietor and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby took over the company in the year 1994 but has been active in plumbing all of his years, training under his father and granddad who established the service in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
