Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian founded Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their house in Louisiana. Because of Ernest's talents, fair prices, and quality work, his plumbing service endured the Great Depression. Following World War II, Ernest's sons, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the company as licensed plumbers. The sons expanded with building projects, including remodels and improvements in addition to plumbing fixes. With a focus to homeowners only in Monroe, the service flourished. By 1974, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. joined working for his parent and uncle after school and during summer break. In 1994, Bobby Jr. assumed control of Kelly Plumbing. As a third-generation licensed plumber and owner, Bobby expanded the company's capability by incorporating backhoes, fiber optic scopes, and drain cleaning equipment to their inventory. Bobby brought on fourth-generation journeyman plumber and offspring Robby to his staff in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the present proprietor and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby assumed control of the service in the year 1994 but has been involved in plumbing all of his life, serving under his father and granddad who founded the service in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
