Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian established Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their residence in Monroe, LA. Because of Ernest's plumbing skills, fair prices, and quality work, his plumbing company survived the economic downturn. Post World War II, Ernest's offspring, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., joined the family trade as licensed plumbers. The sons expanded with building projects, including remodels and improvements in alongside plumbing services. With a commitment to customers only in Monroe, the service prospered. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. started working for his dad and mentor after school and during summer break. In the year 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-gen expert plumber and owner, Bobby grew the company's services by adding excavators, advanced tools, and high-pressure jetters to their toolset. Bobby welcomed fourth-gen journeyman plumber and offspring Robby to his team in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the active owner and third-generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby took over the business in 1994 but has been involved in plumbing all of his years, working under his dad and granddad who established the company in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
