toilet was not flushing properly and sink faucet locked shut. They came out the same day and fixed both. Very courteous, answered all my questions...went to work, they did a few other maintenance things to my sinks and cleaned everything up and were on their way. They were recommended by a friend and I second the recommendation.

Kelly Plumbing and Heating repaired a cracked, leaking cast iron main soil stack in the basement of my home in Minneapolis. Everything about this company impressed me as professional, thorough, honest, and client focused. Beginning with my initial contact by telephone to inquire about their services, to the job finish, each individual I worked with was patient, listened carefully to my concerns and made certain that I understood what to expect from their performance. My particular circumstance involved installation of a PVC splice to a very old 4"" cast iron pipe, installation of a clean-out tee, and a Y-connector. The job was done expertly in three hours. Add the one hour time taken by Kelly to inspect the damaged cast iron and discuss their proposed remedy and it took only half a day to get the work done. Scheduling was easy and Kelly does its best to match client calendar needs.

Perfect! Showed up within the window of time, they both were polite, kind, speedy and thorough. Yes, they wore masks (covid19). Plus during this pandemic they were AFFORDABLE - like a good old fashioned family owned company they INVOICE you. That certainly helps if your repair falls under a homeowner insurance claim. I had previously checked with another plumbing company to redo my sisters garbage disposal, but that company wanted you to ""BUY"" into expensive programs like they were some kind of special club. ""Hero plumbing"" wanted $900, PLUS the estimate at $89 WTF? For a garbage disposal install?

I had Steve come and install a new faucet for me. Being a new homeowner I was tight on cash and let Steve know it would be great to get the job done quickly so I could avoid extra labor costs. Steve understood, and got the original faucet out and the new one up in about 45 minutes! I definitely recommend Kelly Plumbing and I'll be using them again!

We had a minor gas leak on our water heater and called these guys to come and fix it. The guy patched it with a caulking and was literally at our house for 10 minutes. Now it leaks water instead.
For the 10 minutes and caulking, they charged $120! WHAAAT.
I can't imagine what they'd charge if it was an actual job that took time and parts.
Yikes.
