My sump pump was spewing a not so pleasant odor and the water in the receptacle was at a high level which told me something was not right. Ugh! I recently sold my home and closing is in two weeks so I didn't need my sump pump acting up now. Plus, later in the day really heavy rain and thunderstorms were predicted. Time was of the essence to get whatever was happening with my sump pump resolved. I went on Yelp to get quotes and check out some reviews. Kelly Plumbing & Heating was quick to respond and could offer me an appointment within hours. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, did the fix, and here I am ready for the storm and the sale of my home. Awesome!

I made a request for service on Yelp! and Kelly was quick to reply. We scheduled an appointment quickly and easily. He arrived on time wearing a mask and explained to me what he saw. Unfortunately, I needed a new HVAC system, but I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer questions. He provided his recommendation on the new HVAC unit and anticipated that I'd be doing my own research and also getting other quotes.
His years of experience and commitment to explaining the problem, why he recommended the unit he did, and his quick responses demonstrated his company was the right one for the job.
On the day of the work, his team arrived on time and efficiently. His entire team was friendly and they were able to complete the full install of my HVAC in just a few hours. Kelly then checked in later to make sure everything was working well. Great experience!

Our air conditioning broke and we didn't find out until we needed it, and on top of that it was blowing out HOT air . Kelly Plumbing & Heating came and did not charge us to figure out what the problem was. They came same day, and were so quick to fix it for us! High quality work and keen attention to detail. I needed some serious work done in my bathroom in a short amount of time - the whole bathroom removed, floor dug up, under floor piping replaced, and then it all put back together. Kelly and his team approached the job as if it was their own home - they went above and beyond to finish the work in a very short timeframe, and with a high degree of quality. This type of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is very rare! Kelly and the team also completed all the necessary components of the job, rare for a plumber--tiling, grout, minor drywall repair. I'm very grateful to Kelly and the team!

Great service and quick/efficient communication! My faucet broke during the pandemic - not ideal during any time - and to add to that, I'm not very handy either. I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call, they were very transparent on the timing, cost and service and furthermore, it all got done the next day.
