I needed a well pump replaced, and was able to get a technician to come on a Sunday. Overall it cost me $500 to replace a $34 part that took less than an hour to do.

Then, I was told it would be $5,000 for a new pump and it would take a few days to fix.

I had a different company come that same day and I was charged $1250. Total. And it took them 2 hours tops to come, fix it and leave. For a fraction of what Kelly's was charging.

Kelly plumbing is responsive and will come out last minute but they will take advantage of people in need. Never using them again.

We had a previous contractor mess up a boiler repair, resulting in a contaminated well. Mr Kelly and his team of experts identified the problem immediately, had the correct boiler part installed, flushed the system and decontaminated our well. While there, they also identified a problem with out water filtration tank and were able to replace it the same day. All the technicians were professional, courteous and effective. The price was reasonable, but actually a great deal given they fixed everything quickly and correctly the first time.

Had a heavy sulfur smell in our water, Kelly assessed the situation and gave us a fast and honest quote. Upon repairing the situation we found a more invasive item that needed replaced to fix the issue. His team quickly made adjustments and immediately picked up a whole new part and had installed in an hour. Fast, honest and adaptable company. We are thankful they were doing the work on our home!

Kelly returned a quote to service our tankless water heater and completed the job as quoted. He was very friendly and was able to complete the service during our requested appointment window. He had great communication the day of the appointment to let me know his exact time of arrival and he was very polite and professional during the service. He even took the time to explain the service in detail and gave recommendations to help us prolong the life of the heater. I would highly recommend Kelly and his team and will be using them in the future for any of our service calls.

I couldn't recommend Kelly's Plumbing & Heating more! Had an issue with flooding in basement due to clog in the middle of the night. He responded promptly at midnight, was able to tell us what to do to immediately stop the issue, and came first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. Timely, professional, and beyond helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of help!

They came to my residence to fix our gas fireplace approximately 6 times each time they needed to get different parts that had to be ordered. We wouldn't hear back from them and would have to call to ask for updates with extensive time in between. They even took some of the parts of our fireplace with them to find matching replacement. Needless to say they never got the fireplace working. We were then told they would get us quotes for replacement options which we never received. We have called numerous times with no response.

I contacted Kelly Plumbing at 4pm ""Black Friday"". The owner himself came out Saturday morning at 9am. He did an amazing job and in a couple hours my problem was fixed and my kitchen back to normal. Great price, great work and my weekend saved. Thank you Kelly Plumbing !!

I asked for free estimate from Kelly Heating and Plumbing out of Chesapeake Beach. I explained to him that we bought a water heater at Home Depot and sent him a text with a picture of it, model #, etc. The owner never showed for the estimate appointment. Instead, he sent me a text quoting me $895 to install it and $125 for the permit. Being that he was about $200 cheaper than the other estimates and local, I hired him. However, when his technician came out, the price went up by $575. Because I am on a tight schedule, I gave into his whole bait and switch scheme. I should have told him to leave. Stupid me for not.
Turns out the technician did not have his own towels for the job, so he took it upon himself to use the bath towel hanging in my bathroom and my son's workout towel. My son brought it to my attention that the towels were missing. So I contacted the owner (Kelly) of Kelly Plumbing and Heating. The owner said his technician was 100% he did not touch the towels. However, our security camera shows the technician walking to his truck with them! When I showed the owner the video, he said I had mental health issues...
Please think twice before hiring Kelly Plumbing and Heating.
