Our furnace stopped working and having heard good things on NextDoor I called Kelly Heating to get an apt. A tech was onsite the next day and restarted the furnace by replacing a spark wire and then left.
After a similar problem surfaced a few days later, Jim the owner personally came out to explain everything in detail and solve the intermittent issue with the furnace. When I tried to pay him for the visit and service -- he declined saying he just wanted to make it right.
Great service and will use again!

I had a moisture barrier put in below my house. The moisture control company (not Kelly) said the heating ducts were goners and had to go. So all the heating ducts were removed.
I got quotes from 3 HVAC companies and Kelly's was the best considering I did not want to cut on features of the system like the ability to control airflow in the pipes which I found out was an option from some companies.
Kelly worked with me on scheduling too so we had the ducts installed the day after the moisture company was done.
Kelly came out on a Friday and installed a new plenum and all the ducts. They recommended moving some heating vents for better heating in the house. The guys installed all new vents as well. They even patched an open hole under the house that might allow rats to get under the house.
I think the team that came out was very professional. They were clean, considerate of my cats (not getting outside) and seemed to care about making the system better than it was.
I recommend them.

Kelly and Anna did a great job at installing my new central air conditioning/heating and a tankless water setup. His quote was cheaper than a competitor and also offered more stuff. He set me as a priority to install my setup within a couple of weeks during a busy summer schedule. Faster than I expected. I received high end quality hvac (Trane) and the installation was top touch. A lot of attention to detail, and he fix the bad installation older problems my last heater had. Was promised less than a 5 percent leak test and he delivered and I was able to get those special energy rebates.
Kelly is a great guy, easy to talk too, informative, and always followed up with any questions i asked him. I highly recommend him.

Technician Ryan is a gentleman and true professional. Came right out to service our heater which had failed to fire up. Following a thorough testing, Ryan determined the issue was nothing more than a faulty thermostat. He provided replacement suggestions and we opted for an upgraded digital thermostat. Ryan explained pricing options and we were able to have the new thermostat installed without issue same day. Honest, thorough, and a credit to Kelly Plumbing & Heating. Thanks Ryan!

Recently purchased a home, and with recent hot weather, flipped the A/C switch to find compressor not working. Called Kelly after seeing trucks in the area, and reading good reviews online. Was set-up with Ryan in a couple of days. Got the normal ""2 hour"" window appointment. Then, to my surprise, Ryan calls about an hour early to say he can come sooner. Can't remember the last time that happened with any service call!
We connected, he was early, and got right to it. Quickly diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part on the truck, and walked me through the functions of the unit and part. Not technical jargon, just plain talk.
Walking me through the bill for service, he was able to convince me to purchase an annual service agreement. Would have done it anyway, but he was great to explain the value of the plan.
I'd recommend Kelly Plumbing, and specifically, Ryan for any service.

This company knows what good customer service is and has knowledgeable repair technicians. Our AC stopped working altogether on a hot Sunday, of course. On Monday, I was provided a service call window of 10 am and 12pm. Ryan was at my door at 10 am and was even a tad early. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Ryan knew what was wrong; burned out capacitor. He replaced it in about 20 minutes. What I liked about him was that he took the time to explain the system, which is slightly convoluted since we have a split-level home and an aging AC unit. Thankfully, he agreed to look at our furnace, which was in the crawl space below the house. He took a quick look and realized there was a stopped up drain pipe which was causing a small leak. He replaced the piping with a better PVC joint and showed me the blocked pipe and explained that because of it's harsh turn/shape, it was prone to clog. Maybe I am more curious than most but I really appreciated the thoroughness, the in depth explanation, going over the estimate, and the courtesy involved. If you want competent service, call these people! Now, I understand why they have the Five-Diamond rating! Thank you!

Ryan Bishop, a Kelly technician, did a good and through job. The system at the home I just moved into was reverting to old settings. Ryan worked on the system, checked the equipment throughly and rechecked all the settings. Before starting he put on shoe covers and was courteous while explaining the problem. Also, their customer service was excellent. Anna was courteous and knew what questions to ask. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service!! The technician that came to the house was excellent, knowledgable and completed the work in a timely manner.
I had a great experience from bargaining to end. My first call was answered by Anna who was pleasant and set up my appointment. She explained the process and cost for the tech to come to the house. I asked if any appointments opened up to phrase keep me in mind. I set an appointment for Thursday but received a call weds morning saying they had a cancellation. Ryan was at my house within 10 minutes and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair. Ryan was very pleasant, and he explained everything he did. He even showed me the failed part, and tested the failed part and new part in front of me, so it was perfectly clear it was no longer working. I was very happy with the service and I recommend them without hesitation.

Ryan may have saved my family's life (or at least prevented my house from burning down)! My wall heater stopped working and I called Kelly To come out and take a look. They were great on the phone and Ryan came out within 24 hours.
He easily isolated the problem. Some sort of blowback switch was tripped and the heater had turned off automatically. He flipped it back on and it started up. Took 5 mins and I thought... problem solved. But Ryan insisted on investigating why it happened. I figured it couldn't hurt so I let him.
He discovered that the heater wasn't venting air to the roof anymore. The flue was broken and was pumping ultra hot air and gas into the wall space itself. The wall studs were even charred black from the heat. He turned off the heater again and came back ASAP to do the necessary repairs.
That could have been my worst nightmare. Thanks Ryan and team!
