When it was time to replace our furnace, air conditioning, and water heater, we got bids from three good Marin companies. We chose Kelly in part because Kevin was very thorough in his assessment and knowledgeable when offering the most appropriate equipment. Of course, the price was also competitive. The work was completed on schedule and on budget. Mario and Gabriel were professional and very courteous installers. They quickly took care of a few small surprises which were encountered along the way. They were neat and clean through the entire process. We are very happy with Kelly and recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

Ryan came out and immediately diagnosed our furnace problem and repaired it quickly. He was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. These qualities were even more evident after another heating company, which had installed the heater many years ago, previously spent two hours at our house without finding the problem. Just had my old furnace replaced by Mario and Gabe. These were both real pros who showed up exactly on time and went to work. Mario answered every question I had and explained everything about the new thermostat and furnace. Both guys were very neat and the garage was completely cleaned of all debris when they were done. I was surprised how much is involved in removing and replacing a furnace but both men simply knew exactly what they were doing at all times. Highly recommend Kelly P&H.

Had a great experience with Kelly installing a new furnace. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable service and great job installing the furnace. Felt like I was in good hands. Also nice was the straightforward pricing...pick and choose what you want and assemble the job and know the costs. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant...Anna, Jim, Raymond, and Eric. Also, props to Raymond and Eric who installed the furnace, who did a great job. They had some challenges, and met them head on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly.

Anna took my first call about a couple of weeks back and scheduled me for an early time window to take care of maintenance on one of my tenant's 32-year-old Lennox heater...

She actually took 3 calls of mine over a period of two weeks - answering questions and also figuring out a way to reschedule my appointment a little later in the morning, as I work very late several nights a week. She also let me know that Ryan, the technician, would give me a call about 15 minutes in advance so I didn't have to sit out on the tenants steps in the rain or sit around and wait for no reason if he was running late from a previous appointment.

Check, check. I received a 9:45 call from Ryan, the technician, that he would be there at 10:00am (on POINT - the time window was 10am - 12pm) - sounds great so far...

Ryan showed up at 10 and got down to the dirty work right away. The filter inside the Lennox was definitely in need of a change. He took that nasty thing out to the patio and got to work on the other work needed to be done on the unit. He warned me when it would get loud so that I could coax the tenants chihuahua if he got disturbed. It wasn't that loud at all - but, great call - he was a little disturbed by the events.

Job was done in under about an hour. No up-charges or nonsense. He noted that it was a 32-year old unit and that the next thing to think of in the future was the heat ex-changer in the future - but all is fine for now.

No nonsense. Warm place for the tenants and the chihuahua for the winter. Great pricing and service. I definitely need to do this service for my own place soon.

Ryan Bishop finished the installation of two Nest thermostats for me. I tried to install the thermostats myself. However, after some troubleshooting over the phone with a Nest technician, it was determined that I needed to have a ""common wire"" installed. Ryan hooked up the wire, and then he tested both thermostats to make sure that they were controlling the Heat & AC systems properly. So now the Nest thermostats are working like they are supposed to. Thank you, Ryan!
