I started my career in the plumbing and heating industry in 1985. Willy L.Our air conditioning system stopped working during a prolonged heat wave. After reading all the excellent 5 star reviews on yelp we called Kelly's. He was booked solid and Anna put us on the waiting list. Anna was very kind and friendly while sympathetic about our situation. We are so happy we waited! Ryan, a super repair technician diagnosed our problem, had the replacement part in his truck, replaced the part, tested the system, while taking the time to explain what he was doing. Our air conditioning system is now working again and to top it off, the bill was surprisingly reasonable. No wonder they have over 120 5 star reviews! Highly recommended!
Nancy B.My AC went out and I decided to hire Kelly P & H, based on their very fair estimate. It was detailed and they honored every point. Ryan was the lead installer, very honest and reliable! This guy really knows his stuff. I had done quite a bit of research on AC brands, coil types and sizes, line replacement, etc. Everything they recommended was spot on, and they were much more upfront than the other company.
Jim and Anna were so compassionate in my case. I have MS and cannot tolerate extreme heat (makes symptoms worse). Jim went way out of his way to get me on the schedule within a week. They even squeezed me in on a Friday and finished the job Saturday morning in order to get me up and running before some hot days.
Permits, official duct testing, receipts all included in a timely way. I can't say enough about everyone at the company. They're awesome!!

He checked our heat pump that appeared to be functioning intermittently. He explained in detail how the heat pump functions, and accordingly, how to set the thermostat to maximize the benefit. I appreciate his honesty - he could have recommended upgrades, parts replacements, a newer thermostat. He identified potential duct issues affecting airflow, but upon further inspection, did not recommend replacement given that the airflow was adequate for our home.
The receptionist answering the phone was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Finally, the cost was reasonable. Ryan explained why they do not provide free estimates - they do not increase their hourly rate to compensate for free estimates. Thank you Ryan and Kelly Plumbing & Heating for the service!

Gabe and Micah are smart, careful and exacting on the job, considerate, friendly and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with. Ryan Bishop came out during the appointment window and even called when he left his prior appointment so that I would have a more specific start time. He diagnosed the problem promptly, repaired it with a part he had in the truck, replaced our intake filter, and gave us a list of what further servicing the furnace could use. What a relief.
