They came to replace our furnace ,after arranging a permit, protected the area, removed and installed in one day , fixing the hot water heater supplies at the same time. After 3 weeks of no heat, during one of the coldest winters we've experienced here, we are finally warm again! Thank you Kelly Plumbing & Heating! Jim came to our house for the estimate and offered some great suggestions to decrease the noise of our furnace (it was ridiculously loud). The bid was similar to others, but the work to be done was far more extensive. The installers, Eric and Travis, were great, too! They worked hard all day, took care to make sure things were done right, explained everything, and probably left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. I seriously never write reviews, but sitting in my finally warm house on a rainy day makes me so appreciative! Thanks Jim, Anna, and your team!

Kelly Plumbing put in 2 water heaters for us last year (December of 2017). They were thorough and the price they quoted was the price we paid. The price was very competitive even though we had to have the service after hours.

After almost a year, we have to have some warranty work done on one of the water heaters. Kelly Plumbing fixed our water heater promptly.

They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. The owner is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Kelly Plumbing.

I really can't say enough good things about this company from Jim Kelly, who gave me the bid and patiently answered my long list of questions, and Anna Kelly, who efficiently followed up with all the office details, to Mario and Gabe who courteously and neatly installed my new heating and air conditioning system. I got four estimates from reputable companies and each one recommended slightly different component sizes and combinations making it difficult to know who was right! I narrowed my choice to two dealers, emailed each a set of questions to understand the reasoning behind their bids, and ultimately chose Kelly because Jim not only answered my list without guilt tripping me he even brought a building analyst to do a load calculation to confirm the heater size. The house had a rat problem when I bought it and they'd gotten into the heater closet leaving a mess behind them. Mario and Gabe did a super job cleaning the closet when they removed the old system and, within the planned installation time, covered the old floor with sheet metal and installed sheet rock on the ceiling to block old unneeded openings. I feel certain that was probably above and beyond what was absolutely necessary to install the new heater and am thrilled with their work! They arrived on time each day, cleaned up before leaving and were a pleasure to have around the house. The icing on the cake was discovering that Kelly had already registered my system for its warranty when I went on line to do so myself.

Jim Kelly's thorough and reasonable estimate, and Anna's scheduling, prepared us for the task. Installers James and Eric were so professional and pleasant, and I have to admit that our house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!! Technician Ryan completed the project by checking out all equipment and giving us a final explanation of our computerized thermostat.
