We called this company to come fix a plumbing issue in our house. When the guy showed up for the appointment, I opened the door and he walked in. No introduction, no hi I'm with whatever company, literally just walked in. He was wearing dirty jeans and a camo jacket. If it hadn't been for the fact that I saw the plumbing truck pull up and I have a 75lb dog that bites if let loose, I would have called the cops. Having a random man just walk into my house when I'm home alone is a no go in my book.

He looked at the plumbing issue and gave me an estimate. I approved the work and he said he would start that minute. Next thing I know another random guy is walking into my house! Does no one introduce themselves?!? Very unprofessional.

They finished the work in 3 hours, even though I was told 2. But I was happy to have it done. To clean out a clogged pipe in a kitchen sink and fix the pressure in a shower head, the cost was $600.

Overall I'm happy with the work done. But I was not happy with the employees. They need to introduce themselves and tell what company they are with, especially if they are going to dress like any person walking down the street, before they just walk right in to someone's house.

We had a gas leak and Ed came out that same evening to help fix our issues. It was 30 degrees out and we have 3 little ones--so no heat. They stayed until 1:30 am to get everything fixed for us (and our wonderful Frisco city inspector) so we could have heat again. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have worked incredibly hard for us! We appreciate them so much and will be using them again (just hopefully not too soon ;))!

I had an emergency plumbing issue and initially called another plumbing company who gave me a very expensive quote. I then called Kelly Plumbing Company and was quoted a very fair price for the exact same work. Ed came out immediately and quickly addressed the issue. I would definitely recommend Kelly Plumbing Company for all of your plumbing needs.
