Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian started Kelly Plumbing in the year 1928 from their residence in Louisiana. Due to Ernest's expertise, competitive rates, and quality work, his plumbing service endured the Great Depression. Following World War II, Ernest's sons, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the family trade as skilled tradesmen. The boys carried on with construction work, including remodels and additions in together with plumbing services. With a commitment to homeowners only in Monroe, the service thrived. By the year 1974, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. began working for his parent and relative after classes and during vacation. In 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-generation licensed plumber and owner, Bobby enhanced the company's capability by introducing backhoes, inspection cameras, and drain cleaning equipment to their equipment line. Bobby added fourth-gen licensed plumber and son Robby to his staff in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the active operator and third-gen of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby took over the company in 1994 but has been engaged in plumbing all of his years, serving under his father and granddad who founded the company in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
