We had a huge remodel project and hired Kelly's to do the work. They did a great job and even finished ahead of schedule. The workers were very professional, considerate and communicated well while completing the project. They installed duct work for air/heating, water softener and ran drain and waterline for our kitchen. It was a difficult project do to the layout and age of our home. The owner personally contacted us to review some options making sure we were completely happy. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Do not use this company. Two of their employees routed out my sink charged $150. It does not take 2 guys to route out a sink, and $150 is way overpriced for 20 minutes of work. They also caused a big leak in the basement. When I contacted them about the leak, they continued to play the blame game, they blew me off for the whole weekend and I was unable to use the kitchen sink for an entire weekend. Finally on Monday they returned my calls and continued playing the blame game (the plumber blaming the office, the office blaming the plumber - geez) and eventually fixed the ""new"" problem they'd created. When I went there to pay my bill, they had the work order under the wrong name and took forever to find it. They are disorganized, unprofessional and literally don't know whether they are coming or going. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do not call this company!!! Warning do not call this company. I am afraid that i will be attacked with physical violence... Their service tech JAKE did not like being told he did not do his job correct. If anyone has a video recorder follow this company around you will be give $10000 for taping them letting refrigerant in the air....
