We used Kellogg's services to support proper treatment of our highly odorous sulfur well. They installed equipment to reduce the odor plus assisted us with filtering our whole house backwash system. Given that our well is temperamental and the odor randomly returns, the Kellog team has worked hard to come back n help us more often than most other plumbers have done. They have been the best in the last NINE years of water purification n sulfur reduction thus far. They also just opened a plumbing supply store on RT #230 near the Wayne market. They even carry our in line water filters at a price that matches Amazon!!! Certainly we rely on their work as reliable

Had service on steam heating system in 2012 as previous home owners used Kellog's. Was pleased.

In 2013 scheduled an appointment for 4:00 on 10/24. I took time off from work and took my wife out of work early to be home for the 4:00 appointment. Waited until 5:15 and never received a call from anyone at Kellogg's saying when they would be there or why they didn't show. So I called and left a message that I would take my business elsewhere if they did not call me back within 24 hours.

The next morning I received a call from them and they had the gall to ask me if I talked to someone live to schedule this appointment because they didn't have it on their schedule. After I told them I had spoken to a live body and that I was disappointed in the service, they proceeded to give me the name of another larger outfit...Keeler Services at 607-776-5757 which I am going to go with from now on.

I have placed two phone calls to Kellogg indicating that I had several jobs that i would like them to do for me. I have been waiting for over five weeks for someone to call me and no one has been professional enough to return my call. I have been involved in construction for masny years and have never had a contractor not call me back. I have since contacted another contractor, who has been very responsive and I have given him the work. I will be sure to share my dissatisfaction with Kellogg with anyuone that will listen.
