I don't know which clown was driving their big van 90 plus MPH on Feb 25th at 8:00AM on I-95, but they need to learn how to drive. I was on a motorcycle and that idiot pulled in front of me from the middle lane and I had to move onto the shoulder to keep from getting hit. If that clown worked for me... he wouldn't be working for me now.

Over a month after I had asked them to come back to do a service call on a leak in the mop sink and 4 follow up calls, I learned their words are not followed by their actions. Steer away from this outfit. When you find a good plumber make sure to refer them business and post feedback in social media.

BEWARE and BE SURE to sign a lien waiver. Josh puts on a good front. Knows exactly how to work you to make you believe that he's hooking you up and going above and beyond. When in all reality just blowing smoke up your a**. He will give you a quote, but expect to pay WAY more when he makes out the invoice without discussing ANY extra charges while the work is getting done. A professional company that DOES NOT take credit cards. So just a heads up. He left our house a mess. He ran lines through the attic leaving very tacky looking long tubing in our garage ceiling. Pushed a hole through the garage wall on the opposite side of the leak to run a line to the outside to make the work easier on himself which also destroyed our outside water spicket. He also put a lien on our house before the job was complete and able to pay him! Who does that??? He was paid $1800 cash today of a $2200 invoice with an agreement for the balance in a few weeks after finishing when we found out about the lien. Very unprofessional and will cut any corners possible and will way overcharge you. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Shame on you Kelley and Sons. Do not trust this company.

A friend who knows them left a message for me on a Wednesday. No one ever called so I called them Thursday afternoon. The gentleman then text me and said he would come Friday. No one ever called or showed. I texted him Saturday morning and never got a response. So don't count on a return call or an appointment being kept with this company!!!

I may have a different opinion if I could actually get them to my house. Unresponsive. Disorganized. Clueless. Waited on them to connect with us for over a week for a home warranty claim. Went with another contractor who replied immediately.

Let me start off by saying their services weren't cheap but I could have saved myself some money by hiring them the first time. Other plumbers couldn't even find the sewer discharge point from my home. This company found it, located the problem using a camera, and fixed it immediately.
