My furnace wouldnt light so I called Kellermeier. They came out the next day and replaced an electronic gas valve that sells for about $120.00 retail. It took the technician about 40 minutes total and my bill was $880.00. They did a nice job but I will never use them again if they rip people off like this.

Had them put in their sump pump system. Just after 3 years, the switches fail and they say it is a manufacture defect but it is out of warranty. Paid over $300 to get replaces, less than 2 years later, the switches fail again, have them come out and tell me the same thing. Manufacture defect and they want $289 to replace again. Technician was very rude and disrespectful. They are doing nothing about it. I will be switching out sump pumps and getting rid their system. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL.

Purchased a Hearth Stone Gas-Fired Direct Vent Heater. The Stove costs $5,000 7 years ago. The second year, the burner unit was cracked. Kellermeier replaced it with a new burner because the item was still under warranty. It wasn't much longer after the new replacement when we started to have the same problem as before. We telephoned the company only to find out that a new burner would cost over $1000. Beware when you call this company. Try not to business with them.

I called on a Saturday and got connected to their call service right away for my A/C that stopped working. The technician called me back within the hour. He came, diagnosed the issue, had the part in his van, replaced it, and got the unit functioned in about an hour. He was courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend their services as I would definitely us them again.

Very disappointed with Kellermeier. They hooked up my water supply to my refrigerator in August after I moved in. Now I found out that is also the water turnoff to the outside faucet so in the winter I need to turn it off. I will be charged for them to come out and fix it. Guess I won't have water/ice in the winter. Brand new refrigerator. Had I known at the time that there was an outdoor faucet there I would have mentioned that they pay attention to that. I think they should have seen that.

Needed service on a Saturday for an air conditioner that conked out. Serviceman came out but didn't have part needed on his truck, but knew that another serviceman did. Called that serviceman, who came in his personal vehicle on his own time, to bring the part to our house. Can't beat that!!! Great job by Kellermeier!!
