Keller gave me better customer service than I could have expected when a special order did not perform to my expectations. Even though the manufacturer would not accept a return (beware of Amba!), Keller stepped up to the plate to assure our satisfaction. Thank you, Keller!

Horrible place to do business with, they charged me $6,000 more than bid amount with upgrades I never approved. Best part is Carrie the lady that was so nice in show room will not return emails in regards to why things were upgraded in price so much, I have researched this matter and we are not the first customer she has done this too. Nobody from Keller Supply cares- I have been told ""Branch manger will be in contact"" but here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. This is been going on since July and I asked simple questions 1) this is what I thought we upgraded and why were the others upgraded- when we didn't pick them out? 2) why are the prices different than what we were told? I believe as a customer these are fair questions to have explained, but nope they never answered and put lien on me to get me to pay which I did right away but I don't think too much to ask to have my bill explained. I have reached out to a few people there but no help. Stay clear or double check what is upgraded because somebody should've said ""Hey do you know your bill is $6,000 more than the bid"" nope just take your money and run and don't feel the need to help people understand. I feel robbed and cheated. The whole building process was awesome and this was the only place that got us- find another business that is a little more customer service oriented

I walked in needing supplies for my shower with my only plumbing experience being YouTube videos. They were unable to help me but instead of just sending me on my way, looked up exactly what I needed, printed off details on what I needed and where to go with specific instructions. Great service from great guys! I highly recommend them.
