I've been using Keller Plumbing since 2016 when I had a gas conversion done with a steam heating house. At the time I picked the company from an approved Plumber list provided by National Grid. After interviewing a few (for due diligence) I clearly chose the the best. They are so professional and responsive. Any concern is always answered with ease. I'll admit even some of my questions were repetitive. Angelo is the absolute best and his wife Karen keeps his schedule honest and has all paperwork in order. Not only does he know what he's doing but he will also tell you what you should be doing to keep your plumbing in tip top shape. Just like your car- boilers need tune ups. It's also not a bad idea to watch what you and your kids put down the drain. Of course you just have to do your part and listen. Even during their peak season they work with you. I presently use them for maintenance check before heat comes on, accidental clogged drains and most recently a blown out pilot on my water tank. I like working with professionals and I 1000% recommend. You won't be disappointed.

My heating system failed on the coldest/windiest day when systems tend to be stressed and system weaknesses get revealed. I'm a DIY'er, but I know my limitations. I was fortunate this time, Angelo happened to be in the area and swung by for an assessment and estimate. He remedied the issue in short order and had the system zone going strong again. No immediate follow up needed (down the road I may update some components). I usually can fix most things, but I keep a list of quality pro's in case I ever need one. Keller Plumbing was top on my list after seeing Angelo's work at two other homes, and the homeowner's giving high recommendation. Fair, knowledgable, professional, efficient, and clean work (meaning you can tell it was done by a pro).

I was having issues with my boiler constantly losing water. This was a 3 year saga with 2 different plumbers. A band aid was installed (auto water feed) which helped for a while but then the refill of the boier was constant. I called Angelo of Keller Plumbing. He was very thorough in testing everything and found the issue in short order-leaking pipes buried in my finished basement. His thoughtfulness in not wanting to rip up my flooring and destroy the basement to replace the buried pipes resulted in a very seamless and elegant solution (bypassing the return above ground). His work is very neat and clean.

Angelo is very professional and experienced. He responds to calls right away and him and his crew do a great cleanup job when they are done working. Prices very reasonable for a what I thought and saw was a huge job. For me, having this issue finally fixed, a huge relief. I was so frustrated, I was just ready to rip out the boiler before I found Keller Plumbing and Angelo.

Highly recommend if you need an experienced plumber.

this is the WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST. This one man operation DOES NOT WORK. You have to do all the work yourself. His cell phone goes straight to voice mail all the time and NO ONE answers the office phone. DONT USE THIS GUY YOU'LL BE SORRY.
