Wow! Amazing experience with Mel Keller of Hartz Plumbing!!! We'd give him 10 stars if we could! So responsive -- answered our call and had someone over to our house the same day. We realized our guest bathroom toilet wouldn't flush right before we hosted a large family gathering. Mel sent a plumber to diagnose the issue and gave us the option to repair or replace. He helped us weigh pros and cons of each. We ultimately decided to replace and are so happy with our decision. Our neighbors also rave about his service and responsiveness. Recommended by a few people in the neighborhood, Mel told me he was too busy to help me right away and then he offered to call around to his plumber friends and find someone else he could recommend to do the job. What a nice guy and I bet he's a great plumber too: 301-648-1422
