We had a sewage line that was clogged and we needed it checked out ASAP since we were unable to use our shower or toilet. I was able to make an appointment with Mike for that day at a time that made it possible for both my husband and myself to be home. The clog was stubborn and poor Mike had to go under the house to work it out, he was so patient, and didn't give up. He worked his magic and got things flowing again. He definitely saved the day! Mike is very friendly and easygoing and did a great job at explaining things to us. His price was more than fair.

Michael Kellem arrived on time, with a mask, and proceeded to clear a very sticky drain like a pro. P-Trap under the kitchen sink was giving him some problems with a tight deal, and he replaced it with a new P-Trap that seems to have done the trick. Very friendly and took time to explain what he was doing, and stuck to his original estimate. If I need someone to come back for drain or plumbing issues, he'll be the first one I call. Very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

Work took longer than expected because of my old plumbing, but I was charged appropriately for the job and there was no attempt to up sell me. A few days later I had Michael back out for an issue and he fixed it without a problem free of charge. Look forward to hiring again for some other projects in the future.

Contacted Mike about a toilet R&R and a leak. Gave a description of my issues and we set up a convenient appt for the same week.

Day of appt Mike arrived on time, wearing a mask and dove right into the work. He finished the installation and troubleshooting sooner than I anticipated. He explained what he did and what he found.

I was charged the agreed upon fee discussed on the phone and after inspection. Nice dude, very friendly and courteous. Wore mask entire time and cleaned up before he left. Would readily reccomend him, especially to someone who wants to avoid the big commercial plumbers who are more $$$.

What a great guy! I had a plumbing leak (broken pipe) under concrete. I sent Michael a message via yelp and he got back to me immediately. He came by the house, and gave me a very descriptive written estimate. He was very professional. Other issues arose during the process. Michael fixed these problem although they were created by a previous plumbing service and Michael stuck by his written estimate and didn't charge me extra. Michael was very communicative thru out the process.
