Michael did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issues, I would highly recommend this company. Work took longer than expected because of my old plumbing, but I was charged appropriately for the job and there was no attempt to up sell me. A few days later I had Michael back out for an issue and he fixed it without a problem free of charge. Look forward to hiring again for some other projects in the future.

Contacted Mike about a toilet R&R and a leak. Gave a description of my issues and we set up a convenient appt for the same week.

Day of appt Mike arrived on time, wearing a mask and dove right into the work. He finished the installation and troubleshooting sooner than I anticipated. He explained what he did and what he found.

I was charged the agreed upon fee discussed on the phone and after inspection. Nice dude, very friendly and courteous. Wore mask entire time and cleaned up before he left. Would readily reccomend him, especially to someone who wants to avoid the big commercial plumbers who are more $$$.

What a great guy! I had a plumbing leak (broken pipe) under concrete. I sent Michael a message via yelp and he got back to me immediately. He came by the house, and gave me a very descriptive written estimate. He was very professional. Other issues arose during the process. Michael fixed these problem although they were created by a previous plumbing service and Michael stuck by his written estimate and didn't charge me extra. Michael was very communicative thru out the process.

After giving him a call, he was at my clients house within the hour to assess the repairs, and returned the same day to complete the work. House water heater broke down and Michael was able to determine the problem and compared the value of repairing to replacing. I decided to get the item replaced and Michael was able to find a more efficient water heater and not only replace the item for me but made other repairs to prevent any other issues that may arise all at a LOWER PRICE. Michael and his assistant arrived on time and did an excellent job taking care of all the plumbing problems that I had (garbage disposal and bathroom sink drains) He was very polite and worked quickly to take care of all the issues. Our garbage disposal went on the fritz yesterday. Got some quotes from different plumbers this morning. Mike at Kellems was quick to reply back and his quote (parts and labor) was the best price. After a couple of other questions (ie. availability/warranty) I sent a message back saying, ""Let's do this.""

Mike & Yosh arrived on time and went straight to work. They both were extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. They did the work in no time and did a wonderful job cleaning up the work area afterwards.

After getting the receipt and saying goodbye, I, wanting to test the new garbage disposal out, turned on the hot water but found the sink backing up. I called Mike and without even a concern he and Yosh quickly came back, threw a snake down the line and got it all fixed up! This to me is why not only am I giving Kellems a 5 out of 5 but will highly recommend them to friends and family. It's apparent to that they care about the work they do and care about doing the job right.

Mike let me know that since we recently had our old cast iron drain pipes replaced (by another company), showing me the pipes under the kitchen sink, that the clog was due to the back wash from the old pipes. All in all, we got a great price, excellent service and couldn't be happier about the work done by Kellems today!

I messaged the company on Yelp late on a Monday evening with an urgent repair needed in a sewage drain under the toilet. Mike replied to me within a minute of my request (yes, less than 60 seconds!) to ask me about the issue and set up a time. Mike and his teammate Yosh came out the same night to take care of the problem. They were incredibly respectful, professional, and cleanly as they came in to figure out the issue and take care of it. They moved fast and explained the issue to me so I could understand it. They also gave me tips on the toilet I was about to install. Mike and Yosh were efficient and overall just great, genuine guys. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a plumber and I'll definitely be reaching out to them next time I have a problem. Thanks Mike and Yosh!

We called Kellems plumbing because we had a leak under our sink. They came out right away and repaired it in a short amount of time. Highly impressed with their knowledge of plumbing and speedy repair service! Extremely quick and professional! 10/10 recommend!
