They showed up fast for the assessments, with ""only"" 1-2 no shows. within 2 weeks time.

But, once hired, with a deposit down, they change the appointments 2-4 times for next several weeks, without feeling obligated, or without being considerate of our schedules with other contractors.

Their problem is they change their work schedule on the date they are supposed to show up. That is beyond frustration. Then, they will call you again, to reschedule it for another several weeks later.

It is highly unreliable doing the work with them. And, they do not explain or apologize, that is another issue I have with them.

But, when they show up. their work is okay, but slightly more expensive than other contractors on the island. I almost think they abuse the clients-contractor relations, for those who have few options for the plumbers, they should really consider someone else off-island.

Because of their very poor time-managing issues, they only get 2 star, otherwise 3.5.
