Called Keith up when I needed a bleeder valve for my baseboard heater,came the next day and were quick and thorough.

We recently had a plumbing issue (clog) where the water was backing up in the downstairs bathroom. I called Keith's Plumbing at 9AM on a Saturday, he called back in 10 minutes and had someone over by noon. A very friendly team showed up and after 3 minutes they knew exactly what and where the problem was. They fixed the issue in 10 minutes and made recommendations on how to prevent in the future. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised as I figured it would be much more. Fast, friendly service at a competitive rate. I am sure they will be our ""go to"" plumbers in the future and already started recommending them to friends.

He answers calls immediately, is professional and honest, with fair prices which is such a relief when you have no plumbing experience! This is the third time I have had to call Keith's Plumbing in less than 2 weeks for various problems that have happened around my house. Each time I got a call back quickly and they arrived on time. Listen anytime you get leaks in a house there is that certain anxiety that comes from having to call a plumber and praying they are reliable and you don't get ripped off. The prices were ""fair"" (nothing's cheap these days) and I now have a company I can count on.

I called them because I had a clogged toilet and flooding, they came said they ""fixed"" it and the next day same problem... This went on for 3 days and when I called the owned he told me he doesn't have anyone to come out id have to wait until the next day. I finally decided to cut my loses and call Roto Rooter, yes they were about 40 bucks more, but they came in and fixed the problem... PLEASE don't waste your time or your money with these people, spend the extra for quality work and the 30day warranty!!!!!!!!
