My sprayer hose at my kitchen sink sprung a leak today, Saturday, & I called Keiths..they responded with a tech within 30 mins...sprayer couldn't be fixed..needed a whole new faucet...since they were booked up for the next few weeks the tech went to lunch, I went to lowes & got a new faucet & he came back & put it in for me. His name was John & he was very polite and helpful. They have helped in the past installing a new water heater for me..they do excellent work at a fair price..

I just moved back to Beaufort and have been rotating my home. Ricky has been to the house twice now and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism! Not only does he do an outstanding job installing things, but his attention to detail when it comes to cleanup is really appreciated. Both times he took all the trash, a toilet and a sink with him so I did not have to worry about anything. The installation was great and because he cleaned up the area so well after his work it really was striking when I walked into the bathroom. I have had Whitmore do work once and they were significantly more expensive, so kudos to Keith's for being both reasonably priced and excellent at their craft!

I just wanted to relate a great experience with Keith's House of Plumbing. We woke this morning to the infamous Christmas Day drain backup. After plunging and snaking (I thought maybe a toilet had backed up) there was no appreciable change, so at about 8:30 I called Keith's, knowing that Christmas Day service was probably not going to happen, but hoping that we could set something up for first thing tomorrow. I left a message, and my call was returned within 5 minutes. They wanted me to know that they had gotten the message, and that they would be in touch with a technician and get back to me quickly. Fifteen minutes later, they called again, asking if 10:15 this morning would be ok. Two very polite and very capable techs showed up on time, unclogged the drain from the outside cleanout, (the whole house was apparently backed up from just before that point) and were done in an hour. We can now enjoy Christmas Day. Can't say enough good about their service!

Needed a new water heater and other plumbing repairs on Fripp. Called Grayco and guy recommended Keith's. Very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. Took care of multiple issues in one visit. Would highly recommend. When vacationing on Fripp it's hard to know who to call.

I was in a bind and needed a new hot water heater. Keith's House of Plumbing was able to get someone out extremely fast, on a Sunday. Wayne was prompt, and extremely professional. It was a great experience, I'd recommend this company to anyone.
