I had the pleasure of having Shigehara Plumbing install my new solar water system last week and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. They were on time, respectful of my home and worked efficiently to get my system installed in a timely manner. When they were done with the installation, they even took the time to repaint a section of the wall and vacuumed the entire area they worked in! When they came back to check on my system a few days later, Mark even helped me with an issue I was having with my shower and had it running correctly before he left. Talk about service!! I will be telling all of my friends about the fantastic experience that I had. I highly recommend Shigehara Plumbing!!

Expensive, terrible communicator and acts like they don't really want your business. I don't know how companies stay in business when they are so rude to customers.

I have used Shigehara plumbing for over 20 years. Mark always is on his game. They recently installed our solar water panels. They are truly professionals in all fields. Yet they take their time to be personable and friendly. I would not call anyone else for plumbing.

I used this company for two new construction jobs. But, could never get it to come out to finish off a very small item... a exterior faucet line. Called dozens of times over a two year period. I'd get Keith on the line... he'd always say yes but would never call or come out to finish the job! Now, I have a leaky pipe on the second of the two new jobs he plumbed, an emergency situation. Still no call back. I was a good customer... paid all my bills on time, gave them no grief. So, why do they behave this way? Half dozen phone numbers for this company... they go to answering service or message only. Very frustrating. Very unprofessional.
