They were difficult to get a hold of from the get go. We finally got someone out here to install a bidet and see what was wrong with our water softener. He was VERY young looking. He looked at our water softener and said, ""I don't know anything about these...."" I showed him a pin that supposed to be attached to the softener and he said ""Yeah I don't know why there'd be a pin in it."" So we are paying for a plumber to come out and NOT know about water softeners? So he installed the bidet but it took him just shy of TWO hours. When he finished he said it was leaking (maybe not his fault)- but two hours for a bidet? I installed it myself at our other house in 15 minutes. The only reason we had a plumber do it was because we needed a different T-valve and he didn't get a different T-valve- he just rigged the one we had to make it work (might be why its leaking????). We do need to get a new water softener but will be using someone else to install it as they did not leave us with much confidence in their abilities.

Earlier this month on a Sunday, we had an emergency in the powder room in the basement. There was water on the floor and part of the carpet was saturated. I called Peterson's first because my husband and I have a relationship with them, but unfortunately there was no one available at that time, so I was forced to call another plumber. I called Turek's. The guy came, looked at the toilet, and said our toilet was broken. He could have installed a new toilet for $800 on the spot. I declined and called Petersen's on Monday. Kelly scheduled a time for them to come out. They came yesterday. The toilet was not broken; gaskets just needed to be repaired. It has been our experience that Petersen's is honest, will not try to sell you something you don't need, and clean up after themselves. I will never use another plumber.

Wouldn't recommend anyone but Keith Peterson Plumbing. I've been in the trades for over a decade and have seen all sides of the industry. I'm so impressed with this company! I had a plugged toilet, a different plumber refused to come because it was a Friday, but Ryan came himself and fixed it in no time at all and at a reasonable rate. Will always be using them in the future.
