Clare C.We've used Keith to do plumbing work in both our old house and now our new house with kitchen remodels. He's prompt, clean, courteous and reasonably priced. If you need a plumber, this is your guy!
Amy L.I had an emergency call to repair a gas pipe and Keith sent out a wonderful plumber. His name was Sean. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the proper and safe repair to my pipe. He showed up early with all of the parts needed for the repair and fixed it with no problem. I would hire them again for any emergency service in a heartbeat! Quick response to the call to assess the situation and had it fixed in a timely manner. Extremely reliable with quality work, which is hard to find these days! Thank you Sean!
I have used this plumber for multiple projects -new boiler / waterless tank, new water line, plumbing for bathroom upgrade, etc. All jobs were reasonably priced. The workers were prompt, courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company.
Keith replaced my Garbage Disposal and did an excellent job. I was more than satisfied with what he charged. I've already told my neighbors to give him a call if they have any plumbing problems. Not easy today to find someone who doesn't take advantage of you and charging you an unreasonable repair price.
I used Keith Walsh & Sons to replace my 16 year old hot water heater. I was quoted a fair price, and received fast excellent service.
I have used Keith Walsh several times in Spring Lake. Most recently in May, he worked on a sewer issue that turned out to be a crushed sewer line at the curb. It was a very stressful situation and they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally and got the issue resolved.
Lynn V.Our hot water heater's pilot light went out and we couldn't get it started. We called Walsh and Sons who did walk us through the steps to re-light the pilot on the phone but we still couldn't get it to light. The two guys from Walsh's came by the house the next day, took the plastic front panel off of the water heater, pushed a ""re-set"" button and re-lit the pilot light. It took them about 2 minutes. We were charged $150. They get 5 stars for their kindness in walking us through how to light the pilot on the phone, but honestly the $150 for literally 2 minutes worth of ""work"" was unbelievable. We are 2 miles from their home location so ""travel time"" shouldn't really factor in. Good business relationships are about trust and we did not trust Walsh to not rip us off when we had the new hot water heater installed. Short-sighted overcharge-Walsh would have gotten the $3k for the tankless system if the fee for pushing a button was more like $75 and not $150.
Katie B.Keith Walsh and his team are always so wonderful to deal with...even in stressful situations!
I woke up this morning to a gushing sound...Come to find out I had a major leak in my basement and it had over a foot of water already. (got water turned off) Called them and spoke to the answering service, Keith called within 20 minutes and Bill was at my house within an hour. New water heater and water pumped out.!
Thanks again KW! You rock and so does your team!
Chris S.I hired Keith Walsh plumbing to fix a small leak in a pipe running into my basement from my toilet. I was told on the phone labor would be $120/ hour + parts. What they don't tell you is that they will bring an apprentice and charge you an additional $65 an hour. So the figure they quoted me at was misleading.
They came and did the work, but after completion the leak persisted. The plumber told me that the apprentice had looked at it and missed the small crack on the back of the pipe, when I hired a master plumber not an apprentice to do the job. They came back again and the plumber took a small amount off the bill. The job was finally done and I received my bill which was about $400+ more then it should have cost, due to gross incompetence.
I called there office at least four times and never received one call back to discuss the bill and misleading billing practices over the course of five weeks. This company is dishonest and incompetent. I would never use them again and I hope others avoid them in the future. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
Charleen A.What a great company! We had our boiler replaced by them in the Fall of 2015 and it has worked great ever since. The system was installed wonderfully with great attention to detail. The men installing were very polite and professional and came back free of charge to get some air out of the system about a week after it was installed. We will be having them back soon to replace our shower knobs. Keith Walsh is also a very charitable man who supports local charities and is so fun to be around!
