Requested a quote for a hydro cooled/heat gas water heater from two different companies and Keith McNeill was the lowest plus they did not charge for the estimate like the other company did (I saved $525 over the other company). Kenny and Jared (I hope I got the names right) were professional, friendly and a true pleasure to have in my home. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it & cleaned up after themselves. All in all I could not have asked for anything better. I highly recommend. This was to replace the heater that was previously (2 months ago) installed by Lowe's which was a straight gas water heater. Their installers knew it was the wrong unit but installed it anyway. McNeill corrected their mistakes and got me up and running.

My 12 y.o gas water heater was leaking from underneath. I called Keith Mcneill in the morning to schedule an appointment, they wanted to send someone that same morning but since I could not be home they sent a technician in the afternoon; after confirming that the heater needed to be replaced and giving me a quote, they came back the next day, installed the new heater and even took care of the rebate the State offers for replacing gas water heater. The technician was extremely helpful and professional.

Don't waste your time with Keith McNeill Plumbing unless you enjoy going in circles for weeks on end, getting nothing done, and dealing with outdated, inefficient processes. We saw they had great reviews online and were looking for a quality plumber to work on our kitchen renovation, so we asked them to come out and bid our kitchen job along with a few other projects we will be tackling in the near future. They came back with a quote that wasn't itemized, so when we asked them to isolate the kitchen cost, they emailed us back with the same exact quote they had sent the first time. When we notified them of the repeat error, they informed us that NO ONE in the office except for the exact plumber that came out to our house, could break out the kitchen cost for us, and sent us to his voicemail. The plumber never returned our calls. After calling and emailing the office 6 or 7 times over a period of 3 weeks, we continued to get no response or solution--even after expressing to them that our calls were not being returned, that it was the only thing holding up our renovation process, and we really wanted to do business with them. The secretaries merely shrugged us off and continued to send us to voicemail. We STILL to this day, have NEVER received a response from the Keith McNeill Plumbing regarding our quote, and now have to start the whole process over again with someone new. It was a giant waste of our time and we wish we would've just gone with someone else from the start. Seriously, never in my life have I experienced such apathy and poor customer service before, not to mention been completely ghosted by a business I was trying to give my money to. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I called them to come look at a leaky toilet. I assumed it just needed a new ring, but turns out that it is cracked and a whole new toilet is needed. Fine. It's not like I or they have a replacement toilet just waiting there. So they charge me $110 just to come tell me I need a new toilet. That would be ok, IF.. IF... IF.. they had told me t his on the phone when I made the appt. They never said.. we charge $110 service call regardless of the work done. So I basically paid $110 for them to be at my house for 5 minutes. This is simply not professional and a tad bit unethical.

McNeill technician arrived on-time to provide a quote for a tankless water heater. That was the extent of the positive experience. I've since called back 3 times, and each time was like starting from scratch. On my third call and after 10 min on hold while being passed around the office, I decided this experiences was enough for me to try my luck with another plumber.

We got an estimate from them and had some simple questions. After multiple calls and emails, they did not get back to us over a week's time, so we called another company. We had been told by McNell that to reroute our drain pipe from under our slab house we would need a pump in addition to the rerouting. Another company said that gravity feed would be fine, and we've been using that for about a month now with no problems and it was more than $1000 cheaper besides not having to maintain a pump or having it not work when the power goes out. So McNeill does not communicate with customers in anywhere near a timely manner and are at best incompetent when giving estimates, although personally I think that they're shysters. I would give their company zero stars, although their office staff are great and I feel sorry that they have to deal with their incompetent-at-best higher-ups.

As a home owner I unfortunately have had to call a plumber multiple times Keith McNeil replaced both outdoor faucets, replaced my sink, fixed my toilet, and repaired a leak in my yard. They have always been fair and reasonably priced, fast and affordable. I highly recommend them

Called on Friday to fix the mixing valve that broke off in the master bathroom. Said they could come out Monday or I would have to pay the after-hours rate of $172.50. Since my whole house had no water, we had to turn it off, I asked them to come ASAP. Jason came out Saturday morning and capped the valve lines explaining that he come back Monday, when the rate was cheaper, to put in the new valve. He was extremely nice even took out only the area he needed to to get to the valve so the tile on the shower wall stayed mostly intact. He was great and did an excellent job.

There is absolutely no other plumbing company I would call in the event of an untimely emergency. With holiday company coming in from out of town, McNeill Plumbing had a tech on sight asap and my guest bath back up and running in no time!
