Since then, the company has expanded to three locations and employs over 25 skilled professionals. As a Master Plumber and lifelong resident of Washington County, Georgia, Keith McDonald brings expertise to the business. Together with his wife, Robin, he started Keith McDonald Plumbing in 2002. Prior to this, Keith dedicated almost two decades to the kaolin industry.

Rossello T.I'm very disappointed about their service , I have used them in the past to do the plumbing work on my new house , since then I got several drainage issues and two plumbing leaks ,one just last week ( Thursday ) .I got a 2 story house and the leaking was coming from the attic thru the basement .When I called them about it the receptionist claimed they won't be able to send anybody till Monday or Tuesday, she was VERY RUDE and apparently don't give a damn about customer service. Now Keith himself is a good person but his reputation is being ruin by very bad employees !!
