He and his wife, Robin, co-founded Keith McDonald Plumbing in 2002. Prior to this, Keith dedicated almost two decades to the kaolin industry.

Rossello T.I'm very disappointed about their service , I have used them in the past to do the plumbing work on my new house , since then I got several drainage issues and two plumbing leaks ,one just last week ( Thursday ) .I got a 2 story house and the leaking was coming from the attic thru the basement .When I called them about it the receptionist claimed they won't be able to send anybody till Monday or Tuesday, she was VERY RUDE and apparently don't give a damn about customer service. Now Keith himself is a good person but his reputation is being ruin by very bad employees !!
