Since then, the company has expanded to three locations and employs over 25 skilled professionals. Keith McDonald, a Master Plumber and lifelong Washington County resident, leads the company with experience. Together with his wife, Robin, he started Keith McDonald Plumbing in 2002. Before starting the plumbing business, Keith worked for close to 20 years in the kaolin sector.

Rossello T.I'm very disappointed about their service , I have used them in the past to do the plumbing work on my new house , since then I got several drainage issues and two plumbing leaks ,one just last week ( Thursday ) .I got a 2 story house and the leaking was coming from the attic thru the basement .When I called them about it the receptionist claimed they won't be able to send anybody till Monday or Tuesday, she was VERY RUDE and apparently don't give a damn about customer service. Now Keith himself is a good person but his reputation is being ruin by very bad employees !!
