I cannot say enough about Keith Gordon and his lovely wife Karen. We purchased a house this last May in Canyon Lake. A few days after we moved in we found a leak in our bathroom shower faucet that was leaking onto the wall behind it, in our bedroom. It was a scary thing to see, not knowing how much damage it could cause.

We had a home warranty and called them first. It WAS an emergency, since we had to shut off our water. It happened to be Memorial Day, so the plumber that the warranty company called stated they could not get there until Wednesday. That was 2 whole days away. Just unacceptable. My husband and I decided to search for a plumber that would actually come out the same day, and we found Keith Gordon Plumbing.

Keith came out at 6:00 pm that day. He drove over an hour away to get to us. Not only did he fix and change our shower head and bathtub faucet, but he also changed out our garbage disposal because it was also leaking under the kitchen sink. He then decided to just do an over all look at the house. He found a bad hose bib outside and changed that too.
He worked for 4 hours fixing everything that was wrong. He was amazing. We were so grateful.

To have a plumber go above and behind for his customers is so rare these days. His price was totally affordable and he left everything clean afterwards.

I highly recommend this company. It's a family business and Keith has over 30 years of experience. He knows his stuff, and won't misdiagnose your problem, saving you hundreds.

I ended up calling him back to replace our kitchen faucet as well. He went to the supply store and sent me pictures of different faucets to choose from. I let him pick telling him my budget. He chose the perfect one.

I highly recommend Keith to anyone for a job big or small.

I called Keith Gordon Plumbing to get a quote for some minor repairs (replacing a water pressure regulator, main water valve, spigots, etc). After sending photos, he was able to provide a very fair quote and schedule the work. Although he was running a bit late, he let me know about the brief delay and when he was on his way, which I appreciated. He arrived and got right to work. He had everything he needed and did an excellent job installing the new equipment as agreed. He was professional, personable and fully explained everything being done. He was accompanied by his teenage son who was equally pleasant and professional as he assisted his father. For many reasons, Keith Gordon will be the plumber I call going forward. Give him an opportunity to give you a quote and do the job. You won't be disappointed.

We had an issue with a main water shut-off valve in our house.
It was the old gate valve and the gate had dropped.
I'm a bit handy around the house but I wasn't comfortable with soldering pipes yet.

So I gave Keith and Karen a call. I told Karen that it wasn't an emergency but she was able to get Shaun to our house within 1 business day.

Shaun arrived promptly and exactly knew what to do.
It took about 90 mins to replace the valve and also to completely re-route the water main for a new hose-bit. Great workmanship and service!
There are no shortcuts with Shaun, he took care of our issues as it was his own house.

Oh did I mention that they are 2-3 TIMES cheaper over the inflated quotes i got from the top 5 yelp results? (Please direct message me for their names)

Keith Gordon's Plumbing are my go-to plumbing service from now on.
I would use them again once we get a new house for gate valve replacements, water regulator and also to install soft water system.

Called them for a faucet replacement. Making the appointment was quick and easy via text. They arrived later than the appointment time but at least they called ahead and informed me of the delay. I understand it's sometimes difficult to judge how long a job will take and unforeseen difficulties can arise.

The work was done quickly and efficiently even though there were a couple of surprises in the replacement process. I was happy with the work done and appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians. I especially appreciated the reasonable rate charged.
