I contacted Keith based on great reviews on homeadvisor and now wanted to start a yelp page for him. He has been very responsive to my wife and I as we have had a number of projects since buying our old house in Newton not quite a year ago. He has responded to texts, provides guidance as to what solution for problems makes the most sense, accurately estimates costs and communicates when he'll be there and works around nap schedules for our toddlers etc as needed.

Keith so far has replaced a rotten window sill, replaced a rotten window frame and broken pain of glass, created and installed a custom mirror for a door, designed and installed a new attic knee wall to create access to our AC unit, did some cement coating work to our foundation and added support to our garage. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He's high energy, well spoken and pleasant to be around which are added bonuses for a handyman coming into a house with little kids and complicated changing schedules.
